Automatically import videos from other platforms, like YouTube (Shorts).

Use-case

PeerTube has the ability to automatically import YouTube videos using yt-dlp. This would also be very helpful to have for Loops, as it both seeds high quality content existing elsewhere and help lowering the barrier for content creators to publish for Loops.

As long as there are guardrails in place, I'd like to see this too. It'd be nice for creators to be able to easily import content they've made for other short-form video platforms - but I'd be worried this could also be used to suck up content from creators without their consent. Maybe if there's a way for Loops to verify that you control the account on YouTube or TikTok or whatever that you're trying to import videos from?

I'm thinking either API integration or a unique identifier you have to temporarily put in your account bio on external services during the linking/verification process, something like that.
