My other suggestion is the super hashtag list it's bunch of streaming contents shown daily. The header serves as a super hashtag and inside are a bunch of sub hashtags in one and works like channel or playlist.
Also make sure it has a credibility to whom the user made this.
Use-case
Acquire a super hashtag with a bunch of sub hashtags of different contents across the network.
