RTL: Display issue with large blocks on home page / my page

For RTL languages, large blocks are not displayed correctly:

• 46px padding on the right
• no spiral image visible

Either the 46px margin needs to be on the left (and the spiral image is displayed),or the image needs to be on the right and reversed
