Terrain Tiles

Describe the solution you'd like
Boards contain all the data needed to identify what terrain is there. And the images files contain all the images needed to display appropriate tiles. The next step is to put the two together and start showing terrain for the tiles instead of a green background.

For now, I am using simple colors to handle terrain. This is in lieu of writing a parser for the tileset files found in the images folder until I understand them better. I think I understand them, but I want to be sure.
