For small-scale attacks, the /sonar underattack command can be added

To block chat spam bots

If the bots are already on the server, the command won't do anything.

In a slow bot attack, bots on the server are already being manually blocked, but I think this is a reasonable solution to prevent accounts from logging in every 10 seconds and bombarding the site with ads.

The attack tracker isn't really designed to handle manual activation.

What about webhooks? What about (plugin API) events? What about statistics?

Unfortunately, this is a bit more complicated.
