Especially with newer versions of Python prohibiting installation via pip3 on newer Linux systems, we need a packaged version of biocode to be submitted to apt, ideally the 'Universe' section of the Ubuntu repository rather than just a PPA.
Submissions should include instructions/commands within the biocode/build so this happens each time we do a new release.
Up for discussions on whose launchpad account this would be attached to, but need to guarantee future support. So, mine? A biocode service account?
