Input fails when Minecraft Launcher has focus

I have Minecontrol running and it will control the mouse while I am on the desktop or in a browser; but as soon as I launch Minecraft and hover over the Launcher window, the controller stops responding. If I click off onto the desktop in the background, it works again, but if the Minecraft launcher (or game) has focus, Minecontrol does nothing. :/

I have the same problem... Otherwise it would be an awesome tool. Did you manage to find a solution?
