I'd like to work on this issue. My implementation plan is:

• Integrate a charting library such as Recharts or Chart.js into the scan history page.
• Fetch and process the user's freshness score data for the last 30 days.
• Render a responsive line chart showing the Average Freshness Score trend over time.
• Ensure the chart is visually consistent with the existing dashboard UI and works well across different screen sizes.
• Add appropriate loading and empty states for a smooth user experience.
