"Automatically check for updates" is not persisting between tab changing

What happened?

"Automatically check for updates" stays off when changing tabs

What did you expect to happen?

"Automatically check for updates" to persist between tabs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to app's settings
2. Toggle "Automatically check for updates" in the "General" tab
3. Switch tab, for example "Video"
4. Switch back to "Genera" tab
