Expand HDR recording settings and codec support

Improve the existing HDR implementation by providing more granular control and expanding compatibility.

Proposed Tasks:

• Investigate and implement 10-bit HEVC (H.265) HDR support.
• Review HDR configuration for the supported codecs.
