CanvasSize does not change as expected when removing items while using `overrideAutomaticCanvasSize`

When using overrideAutomaticCanvasSize, the CanvasSize is not updated when items are removed from the list. When the list is inverted or when overrideAutomaticCanvasSize is set to false, the CanvasSize is updated as expected.

I've looked into this a little bit and figured out that it stems from ScrollContentViewNativeComponent using AutomaticSize to resize itself. It works fine when new children are added to the frame, but for some reason, it doesn't resize itself when anything is removed.

I was able to fix this by changing the size of the frame here to 1, 0, 0, 0, but I don't think that would solve the issue for horizontal lists, and changing the size to 0, 0, 0, 0 messes with the size of my renderItem. I could fix that by using a fixed width, but that doesn't seem like something I should have to do. ScrollContentViewNativeComponent might need to be refactored to take a prop that overrides AutomaticSize to fix this issue for both vertical and horizontal lists.
