Use uppercase spelling for packages?

Apparently uppercase _is_ allowed, after all.

So why not have the properly capitalized `x11-fm/helloDesktop-Filer`?

(In helloSystem, names beginning with uppercase are for GUI applications, whereas lowercase names are for CLI tools.)
