WGS84 coordinate set up

I noticed that the way I set up the arrays for WGS84 goes against my usual standard of the x coordinate going in the first spot in the array y coordinate going in the second. Its reversed with WGS84 so I would need to add switch statements to the code in a number of places to correct this.

It would be easier to just reverse the coordinate set up in WGS84 I'm trying to find out if anyone uses this coordinate system. If no one is using it right now I'm just going to reverse it before it becomes two standardized.

I'm going to do the updates on a separate branch and then add them in unless someone protests.

In my opinion for Nx3 or 3xN geodetic coordinate matrices, most use lat,lon,alt. Doing a transpose or reshape is O(1) in Numpy.

As long as it's the same order throughout the program..

Are there issues if someone decides 0-360E or -180-180E (separate issue)
