license #6

Description

@mathandy

Hey, I'd like to use this code for a project -- any chance you can add a license?
E.g. you could use the MIT license like chrisdonahue's repo does
https://github.com/chrisdonahue/wavegan/blob/master/LICENSE.txt

If you're nervous about licenses and want another example, you can take a look at (one of my repos) svgpathtools.
The library's built on top of the svg.path library -- I copied the svg.path license (that's LICENSE2.txt) and also included one of with my own name (LICENSE.txt).
I copied/included the old license because that seemed to be suggested by the the sentence

"The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all
copies or substantial portions of the Software."

Anyways, no one has every complained or commented on it.

What you adding a license would do for me is simply to allow me to use your code without worrying about any intellectual property restrictions -- without some sort of license, I typically hesitate to even look at a repo's code as I'm unsure what the legal consequences might be if I decide to implement code for a similar purpose.

Anyways, thanks for reading, hope you are doing well in these challenging days.
