Doesn't seem to detect materials picked up in SRV

picked up some materials and commodities in my SRV, then sold them. next time I ran Picard it tried to tell me I had negative 2 tons of palladium, due to selling the 2 tons I picked up in the SRV.

There is a mismatch between my actual material count and the materials picard is saying I have. It appears whatever I have picked up on the surface is not showing up.

Also seeing this with mining. Didn't see any of the commodities I picked up (about 7 or 8 types) while mining and then reported a few of them as negative after having sold them. It's a PITA to fix when this happens.
