Be sure to extract arx files using an efficient order.

From my test, an arx extract on a archive containing 281 clusters leads to 303 cluster decompression.
This is about 8% of unecessary cluster decompression.
As decompression is our (cpu) bound, fixing this would probably lead to an 8% performance improvement.
