Insert getter and setter: PHP | CPP

• Create a function for autogeneration of getter and setter
• first check if there are getter and setter methods already available by siḿple namesearch of the appropriate function

Cpp - include to header file

• open header file into buffer and perform the operation there
• The locate - header function does already exist and is to be adapted. cpp: autoopen matching header file / source file  #2
