Issue:
The menu bar icon does not appear after launch. The app opens and the
server starts correctly (confirmed on port 8019), but the status bar
icon never renders. The taskbar icon opens the browser/admin dashboard
but there is no way to start/stop/restart the server from the UI.
Logs show repeated errors:
- oMLX: (AppKit: StatusBar) Unhandled disconnected auxiliary scene
- oMLX: (BaseBoard) [BSBlockSentinel:FBSWorkspaceScenesClient] failed!
- oMLX: (BoardServices) Error received: Connection interrupted.
- tccd: com.omlx.app attempted TCCAccessRequest for
kTCCServiceAccessibility without the recommended entitlement
The icon appears to crash and re-register in a loop without ever
successfully attaching to the menu bar.
Workaround: pkill -x oMLX to stop, open /Applications/oMLX.app to
start. Admin dashboard at localhost:8019/admin for model management.
