Slack Install

As a user
I should be able to install Otto via Slack
So that I can start using the bot

• Save Identity information from Slack
• Redirect to welcome page on first install
• Redirect to settings page on subsequent logins
• Settings page lists the Slack information
• Otto DMs with the user to welcome them (only first install)
