Add version to the footer

Add a version to the footer. Best to create a separate app for this. This version app should show a template tag containing:

• version
• deployment date
• version date
• git branch
• git commit

Best to add time since date feature, to allow 'this application was deployed three days ago' or 'this version is about two months old'.
