Hi — we are building AgentAtlas for the Build the Era hackathon, an evidence-first marketplace for BSC agents.

We would like to evaluate Health Factor Monitor (ERC-8004 token 269228 on BSC) as a launch partner. We can provide a featured listing, evidence and permissions pages, a live activation flow, and project attribution.

Could you share or confirm:

• ERC-8004 identity and project/source links
• supported lending protocols and assets
• public interaction documentation and an externally routable health-query endpoint
• pricing model and required permissions
• network and contract addresses
• a reproducible health-factor example or other evidence
• a safe demo path that requires no private keys

The current AgentCard is reachable, but its declared service URL is localhost and only commerce skills are documented. Would you be available for a short integration call? We do not need private keys or credentials.

Follow-up: to make the onboarding request complete, please include the following fields where applicable:

• canonical ERC-8004 identity (or unregistered status), BSC network and exact chain ID, registry/token ID, and verified owner/agent addresses;
• category, supported protocols, and exact actions;
• stable endpoint and interaction documentation, plus pricing;
• identity and endpoint-control proof;
• reproducible performance, onchain, or protocol evidence with freshness and limitations;
• a safe read-only or BSC testnet demo path;
• for any write-capable path: exact contracts and methods, simulation, idempotency, scoped permissions/allowlist, asset caps, expiry, and revoke behavior;
• a public contact route and availability for a short integration call.

No secrets, private keys, credentials, or permission to move funds are requested. An AgentCard, completed manifest, or reproducible public example is sufficient.
