Batcher won't open on fresh install of GIMP 3.0.6-1

What went wrong?

Opening Batch convert from menu and a window with title Batch Convert opens all in white, and stays like this forever. When closing by pressing right top corner this message appears:

GIMP Error
Plug-in crashed: "batcher.py"
(C:\Program Files\GIMP 3\lib\gimp\3.0\plug-ins\batcher\batcher.py)

The dying plug-in may have messed up GIMP's internal state. You may want to save your images and restart GIMP to be on the safe side.

What should be the expected behavior?

Batcher should be possible to work with and not show only a white window

If you can, specify the steps to reproduce the problem.

Installed GIMP the first time for the user recommended.
After it did not work, uninstalled GIMP and reinstalled for all users now.

To show error message in english, changed GIMP language to english (US).

nothin used, installed GIMP and put batcher into plugins directory, one of was shown in Preferences\Folders\Plug-ins

Hi, can you try installing the plug-in under the AppData folder (instead of the one under Program Files)?

If that doesn't help and if you have an antivirus/security suite installed, then that software might cause this behavior, but that's just a wild guess of mine.
