Incorporate Roary as a module

I want a module with roary.

• Need to fix locustag for prokka - should be unique for each genome
• should have following options:

-p #cpus
-f output dir
-e optional prank thingy, yes/no
-i min identity
-cd perc of genomes to be in core
-s boolean split
-t translation table
