Serialport on Windows

• Qt -> metadata ok, write ok, reading from device doesn't seem to be working properly seems to work now
• python serial port -> metadata (mostly ok, description could be better), write/read doesn't work

Using pyserial directly seems to work. So the problem is either in twisted or the way twisted serial connection is initialized.

Could be also related to reactor and the addEvent not functioning properly.

Initial debugging with wireshark showed that first group of command gets sent and computer receives "ok" responses, but further commands don't get sent and also the callback for received data doesn't get called.
