PR #32 — PDR-011: Declarative configurator

This PR (14 days open) cannot be cleanly merged due to conflicts with the current base branch.

Options:

1. Rebase the branch onto main and resolve conflicts
2. Cherry-pick relevant files if the full PR is too diverged
3. Close and re-implement the declarative configurator spec in a fresh PR

Context: PR adds a declarative spec + working prototype for a ZELEX configurator UI (generated from data spec, buyer selections resolve to SKU/measurements/price).
