TW server compatibility?

OK so my country which is the tw got a pc release, and i was thinking and also asking the developers that is it possible to make umaviewer the tw server umamusume files?

你可以通过windows的目录链接来让软件识别台服的游戏文件。
首先运行游戏一次。在游戏启动器的设置里查看游戏安装路径，默认的话应该是komoemumamusume Game。
用文件资源管理器打开，进入下面的komoeumamusume_Data\Persistent路径，你应该能看见一个master子文件夹。如果没有，在游戏里选择“一并下载”后再检查一次。
打开cmd，然后cd到komoemumamusume Game目录，然后运行：
mklink /j master komoeumamusume_Data\Persistent\master
启动UmaViewer，指定komoemumamusume Game作为游戏目录。这应该就可以识别了。

I understand about the majority for now, but how to what command to type in? I tried to just cd D:komoemumamusume Game but that didnt work, can you give me a code to like how?

Assuming the game location is at D:\KOMOE Game\komoemumamusume\komoemumamusume Game, you need to type

cd /d "D:\KOMOE Game\komoemumamusume\komoemumamusume Game"
mklink /j master komoeumamusume_Data\Persistent\master

Replace that with your actual location and don't forget the quotation marks.

i tried doing it myself then it says "Local NTFS volumes are required to complete the operation" is that normal?? if not what should i do?
