Hardlinks (to folders) are not possible in modern MacOS #1

In the section detailing how to set up your git repos using hard links so that your repos contain links to your actual modpack folder/instance, it might be helpful for MacOS users to have another option.

Doing some searching, I found a suggestion to invert your method.

Create a modpack repo
Move your config folders to the repo
Create a softlink/symlink in your modpack folder for each of the config folders you moved to your repo

Create a mods repo
Move your mods folder to your mods repo
Create a softlink/symlink in your modpack folder linking to the mods folder in your mods repo

I'm not sure the best way to help get this updated, or if you even want to update it. I got here from BlindEyeBuilds' YT channel as a suggestion on how she is creating here own modpack, so if this guide is "put to bed" then that's alright. I just thought it might be useful to others.

Thank you for this guide and Cottage Witch!
