What I have added in #6 works for now, but the example scripts are not that easy to use as they need some adjustments:
- convert the two scripts to one script?
- add proper command line documentation to the script(s)
- add option to specify output directory
- handle non-image files in input directory rather than just error-ing
Also need to write up the example in the workshop pages.
