The recommendation engine linked into the CLI and invoked by
"kedify analyze recommendations" is supplied under both:
- licenses/LicenseRef-Kedify-Commercial-1.0.txt
- licenses/LicenseRef-Kedify-Public-Source-1.0.txt

These Kedify terms cover the engine, not the Apache-licensed CLI source or other
separately licensed dependencies. The combined binary includes the restricted
engine and is not licensed as a whole under Apache 2.0. A production entitlement
must cover recommendations, including offline analysis. Evaluation and demos are
permitted within the license's scope; live workloads or operational decisions in
a trial require written authorization. Preserve both full texts with the engine.

Nothing here revokes rights already granted for earlier Apache-licensed versions,
including Recommender v0.1.0, or other independently applicable licenses.
