KeePassXC Main Window Does Not Render on Multiple Windows 11 Clients

Summary

KeePassXC 2.7.12 starts successfully but the main window does not render on multiple Windows 11 clients.

Symptoms:

• KeePassXC process starts and remains responsive
• Appears in Task Manager and taskbar
• Taskbar preview is black/empty
• Main window never becomes visible or usable
• No crash and no Event Viewer errors

Environment

Affected systems:

• Windows 11 25H2 (Build 10.0.26200.8875)
• Microsoft Surface Pro
• Multiple Lenovo laptops
• Different locations
• Different AV products (Bitdefender and Norton 360)

Working systems:

• Windows Terminal Server
• My own workstation

All systems use KeePassXC 2.7.12.

What works

The following commands work correctly:

cmd
KeePassXC.exe --version
KeePassXC.exe --help

Qt dialog windows are displayed correctly.

Troubleshooting already performed
Official installer
Winget
Chocolatey
Portable version
Deleted %APPDATA%\KeePassXC
Deleted %LOCALAPPDATA%\KeePassXC
Tested with --config
Tested with a new local user
Tested with a new local administrator
Copied the complete working KeePassXC installation from a Terminal Server
Tested on multiple affected devices

Result: same behaviour everywhere.

Additional notes
KeePassXC remains responsive (Responding=True)
No Event Viewer errors
ProcMon shows continued registry activity, no obvious crash
Only the main application window fails to render

Has anyone seen a similar issue on Windows 11 25H2 or knows of additional debug options for the main window initialization?

Since the GUI isnt visible, im not able to set settings in the GUI..
