Revival

I know this has not been in development for a long time, yet it would be great to have your customizations available. Could you tag a release and if possible also make the changelog directly visible in your GitHub releases? This would increase transparency for potential users and distribution maintainers. Something like https://skywinder.github.io/github-changelog-generator/ could be used to generate the changelog based on merged PRs and closed issues since the last release tag.
I am also particularly interested in reviving this project and if you like we could work together on it.

Hey, thanks for the interest, it's been awhile since I looked at this. This was mostly just a tool I was using and customizing for my own use while learning Chinese characters. Let me take a look at the code, and see where it's at and if I can at least sync up my latest changes. I've got no problem with you using any of the code, I actually didn't expect anybody to even be looking at it :-) I may not get to it until the weekend, but I'll definitely take a look. Hey baimafeima, Sorry for the delays, I've been gearing up to change jobs over the last couple months, and have been focused on that. I'm starting a new job at Tesla on Monday, I'm sure that will keep me busy for a bit. I did take a look at the code, I think what is checked in really does contain all of the changes that I've done so far. There's a longer definitions file in the checkin that has over 3,000 characters, which is what I use for my own study. From the original code I did a lot of changes to the character writing sheet generation, I added some file formats that I cared about, dropped some that I didn't, and added sound pronunciation. Oh, and added simultaneous support for both simplified and traditional. Looks like it's all there, but again this was something I wrote for personal study, so it's not really that cleaned up for public distribution, not that I have anything at all against sharing what I do have. I'm not an expert on GitHub (I'm a hardware engineer, not software), but are you already able to download the code that's there? I'd be happy to add you as a contributor if you'd like to add to this or enhance it in any way. It's currently set up as a NetBeans project. Thanks, Kelly
