If I understand chunks, one atom in my vault is being chunked incorrectly. The original atom is 72826 bytes, and the chunks are 3273, 1705, 68212, and 634 bytes. I noticed this when embedding failed on the third chunk.
The atom's source is https://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2026/05/07/8 (from an RSS). It’s a gnarly embedded C file. I’m not familiar with Rust, so it might take me a while to find the issue. I’ll add more if I do.
I’m in macOS, using the atomic app 1.37.0. I found this issue when I was using 1.35.1.
