Not sure if someone asked for this already, I am actively looking to replace plexamp with a more sleek and better looking app like flo, the only feature that really matters to me and is missing is carplay support, will this come to flo in the foreseeable future?

CarPlay is already on TestFlight

I found a few minor issues in the current TestFlight build:

#1 The play all and shuffle icons in Album view are black instead of White like the rest of the CarPlay UI

#2 CarPlay didn't display any Albums / Playlists for a few seconds after start (I don't know if that's a technical limitation)

#3 Using Text instead of an icon for "up next" might lead to problems with other languages

nice! the #1 and #2 seems doable, for the third one let's just leave it as is for now

Yeah, I already needed to nitpick for #3, but in my opinion an icon would be better, since less time would be needed to read the button and it would also be easier to translate. I am planning to translate text to German as soon as the release is more or less stable and the most natural sounding button description would be the very long: “Warteschlange”, which wouldn't really fit into the apps design

my understanding is that, we can’t change the “up next” text into the icon. i think leave it as “up next” instead of being localized is the best way we can do. what do you think? @piekay

I just looked at Spotify for comparison and they just use the text, so I was probably overthinking
