[FEATURE]: Fade out chunks

Before creating a request, please make sure you have checked the following:

• Similar request had not already been reported before in the issue tracker.

What has to be improved/added?

When in double F5 (character facing towards the camera), chunks which are unloaded will unload instantly without playing any animation
Pretty much, just a request to do the reverse of what fade in chunks does
