/operator/ is the dependency-free browser panel for configured Telex
operators. The files in this directory are compiled into the server binary and
served only from the native control listener.
The page authenticates an ordinary human account on every request, retains its
password only in tab memory, and stores no cookie or browser session. It lists
the bounded human-account projection and toggles only invite.issue,
invite.revoke, account.automation.provision, and diagnostics.read.
Configured operator authority itself comes from server configuration and is
not delegable here.
The directory also shows whether a human has an avatar. A configured operator may clear it, including for a disabled account, but cannot upload or replace an avatar for somebody else.
