Hi @kevinburke, why does this error happen?

The command I ran before make is :

./configure --prefix=$HOME/local

Any help from anyone is welcome. Great software I used with apt-get but can't build from source.
I need from source since i use a hpc server where i don't have sudo permissions

hey sorry - this is just a mirror of a repo that was initially on Sourceforge. I don't know anything about how to troubleshoot this project.
