Not compatible with Boost version1.70 and above

It appears that get_io_service was removed from boost asio in version 1.70 (see rstudio/rstudio#4636).

It would be great if the code could be updated. I'll have a go and get back with solution if I am successful.

I have discovered a simple edit that gets the code working with version 1.71 (I hope it will work with all versions).

Add this macro definition after the header include lines.

#define GET_IO_SERVICE(s) ((s).get_io_service())
#endif

Replace all instances of port.get_io_service() with GET_IO_SERVICE(port). There should be three.
