Extra blank line in the local terminal

• iPadOS 26.6
• RootShell 1.0.10

Description

RootShell shows an extra blank line before every prompt.

For example:

$ ls
file1 file2

$

Expected behavior:

$ ls
file1 file2
$

It looks like it adds an extra newline before displaying $

This was an aesthetic decision for starship style mode being applied to the plain prompt where CR and LF always were inserted. Removing this for the plain prompt revealed a gap where the cursor isn't always returned to position 0 when full screen apps exit so I added back a CR only when in that scenario. Will go out in next build.

One thought: would it make sense to keep the extra blank line in Starship-style mode as part of the prompt format?
That way it could be controlled via .promptrc.toml. Allowing more condensed prompts
