Subtitle file names do not match name of video file

Here's a fix so your video file matches the subtitle file.

Locate downloader.py. In my install it's inside the python venv (which I call .venv)

C:\dev\llvd\.venv\Lib\site-packages\llvd\downloader.py

Line 24 of downloader.py:

filepath = os.path.join(path, f"{index:02d} {filename}.mp4")

Change to:

filepath = os.path.join(path, f"{index:02d}. {filename}.mp4")

Line 49 of downloader.py:

desc=f"{index:02d} {filename}",

Change to:

desc=f"{index:02d}. {filename}",
