Setup: initialize atom feed watching on fourty4

Janus's natural home is fourty4 (Mac Mini), which runs GitClaw for always-on GitHub event watching. Janus needs to be set up there.

What needs to happen:

1. Confirm ~/.janus is cloned on fourty4
2. Configure atom feed watch list for all 13 repos (koad/juno through koad/iris + koad/koad-io)
3. Set watch cadence (daily minimum, hourly during active periods)
4. Establish alert routing: where do alerts go? (koad/janus GitHub issue? Keybase to koad? DDP event?)
5. Test first watch cycle, confirm output format

Output: ~/.janus/watch/setup-report.md + first watch log

Note: This unblocks Janus from ever running. She's fully specced but has never been deployed.
