gestate: prompt for home machine name during entity creation

Problem

The skeleton CLAUDE.md template has hardcoded 'fourty4' as the default home machine. This should be operator-specified, not hardcoded.

Scope

Update to prompt for the home machine name during entity creation, similar to the domain prompt.

Pattern

This is part of a broader pattern: eliminate all hardcoded defaults from the framework. Each operator should configure their own environment. The framework should ask, not assume.
