Templating package: outfit rendering helpers for downstream interfaces

Context

~/.koad-io/packages/templating should encode how outfits become visual identity in any interface. CSS var injection, font mapping, animation timing, icon selection — all driven by the outfit contract.

• CSS var generator from outfit palette (already exists in churchofhappy.com client, extract to package)
• Typography mapper (outfit.typography → font stack)
• Animation timing helpers (outfit.tone/mood → transition speeds, easing)
• Template helpers for Blaze/Meteor that consume outfit data
• Level-aware: helpers gracefully degrade when outfit depth is shallow
