"0 of 13" is intentional — Level 0 (The First File) + Levels 1–12 = 13 levels total per Chiron v1.3.1 SPEC.md. Nav double-prefix fixed in 84f42bc (#59 closed). Remaining items from 'not yet tested' list (checkpoint completion, unlock progression, graduation, cert, mobile) — will test or wait for next Playwright sweep.
