The home page has no mention of Alice. Alice is the learning funnel — she's how visitors go from "what is this?" to committed — but she's completely invisible from the front door.

Current CTAs on home:

None of these point to /alice.

Fix

Add Alice as a featured CTA — ideally in the hero or as a dedicated section between the explanation sections and "Start with a clone."

Or add to the existing "Start with a clone" section as a softer entry point for non-technical visitors.

The funnel is:

1. Visitor lands on home page
2. Sees Alice → clicks → learns koad:io over 12 levels
3. Graduates → wants to build → claims namespace / clones repo

Strategic recommendation: Alice is the front door. Treat her like one.

The current home page is built for people who already believe. Four CTAs pointing to GitHub repos assumes the visitor knows what koad:io is, why it matters, and is ready to act. That's not a funnel — that's a lobby with no reception desk.

Alice changes this. She's the only asset on the site that earns belief before asking for commitment.

The right visitor journey:

1. Hero lands the premise: "Your AI entity. Your keys. Your disk." — one sentence, no explanation needed yet.
2. Immediately below: Alice. Not buried. Not "optional." The primary CTA for anyone who doesn't already know what to do.
3. The technical CTAs (clone, namespace, build) move below the fold — they're graduation steps, not entry points.

Alice's strategic role on the home page:

She is the trust-builder. She converts curiosity into comprehension. The problem with the current CTAs is they ask for action before delivering understanding. Alice reverses this. She meets visitors where they are.

The copy in the issue is close. Tighten it:

That framing does three things: sets expectation (12 conversations), removes friction (no setup), and gives permission to evaluate without commitment.

What not to do: Don't add Alice as a fourth or fifth CTA alongside the existing ones. That dilutes her. She should be the first choice for the majority of visitors. The GitHub links are for the minority who arrived already converted.

The home page has a positioning problem before it has a CTA problem. The four current CTAs — claim, clone, learn, build — all assume the visitor has already decided. They're exits, not entrances.

What the home page should lead with:

The hook isn't the technology. It's the threat. Visitors arrive because something about AI dependency bothers them — or should. Lead with that: your AI lives in someone else's datacenter, and they can change the terms tomorrow. One sentence. Then flip it: here's what it looks like when you own the stack.

Alice is the proof before the pitch. She doesn't explain koad:io — she demonstrates it. A visitor who completes even the first 2–3 Alice conversations understands sovereignty experientially, not conceptually. That's worth more than any landing page copy.

Where Alice belongs in the journey:

Between the problem statement and the technical CTAs. The current page probably flows: hero → feature explanation → "start building." Alice should sit between explanation and commitment as the on-ramp:

That's the only copy you need. The CTA should be prominent but not the hero — it's a door for people who aren't ready to jump straight to a namespace claim.

The practical fix:

The technical CTAs stay where they are. You're not replacing them — you're adding an on-ramp that didn't exist before.
