Bug description
It looks like there's a widget on the screen, Tech Readiness Index, which for me isn't loading any data - but the bigger concern - I do not see it listed in the Panels section to show/hide that particular widget.
Steps to reproduce
Go to settings, Panels, and verify that Tech Readiness Index is not displayed as an option to enable/disable
Expected behavior
Tech Readiness Index should be displayed as a panel to enable/disable
