Is it possible to use this with Rust binaries?

Hi, great work! I'm wondering if it is possible to use this obfuscator with rust executables or libraries. Preferably without recompiling rustc. It doesn't seem to be a llvm plugin so that option isn't given... Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out. While I haven't personally tested this with Rust, I'm aware of users who have successfully integrated these passes into their Rust compilation workflow. You could certainly try it out as well.

I've tried similar things. Some features doesn't work though like string encryptions possibly due to differences on how rust implement them. You still need their llvm version to compile the llvm plugin.

yeah, its originally from https://github.com/0xlane/ollvm-rust though, if i remember correctly it doesnt obfuscate rust strings, and i forgot what would happen if you use c string literals directly, someone post an issue somewhere where someone implement one for rust but the commit was lost. Might wanna look https://github.com/jamesmth/llvm-plugin-rs/blob/master/examples/strings.rs#L92 for reference.
