Migrate From Vitepress to Fuma Docs

• Fuma Docs suggest to deploy SSR instead of Static like regular docs (SSG)
• this issue don't concern for deployment, i've planned to deploy on Azure
• Currently, mermaid cannot be integrate with Vitepress somehow, so, moving to Fuma Docs giving room for flexible docs system.
• Current vitepress version contains API docs gen which is fumadocs don't support yet, so, this can be mix between vitepress (for api gen) and fumadocs e- Other features of fumadocs is optional, first phase migration should focus for readable docs, and nice diagram support from mermaid
