[UI/UX]: Hero Section — Box & Stats Styling (bug-reports page)

Current UI/UX issue

Current Hero section styling includes borders and colors which doesn't align with the aesthetic of the part

Proposed improvement

Remove border on the description box give it a blue background instead
Remove the 3 colors (green/red/blue) on the stats pills — convert to black/white only
Remove rounded corners on the stats pills — plain rectangles instead of rounded-full
