Can't disable bots in default competitive game

Hi all!

I'm trying to setup a modded server for my upcoming LAN party. But I'm currently unable to disable the bots. As described in the README, I added a file cfg/custom_bots.cfg in the custom_files mount:

bot_kick
bot_stop 1
bot_quota 0
bot_quota_mode normal
bot_join_after_player 0

my server is started through docker compose:

Create this file custom_files/cfg/MatchZy/live_override.cfg and set it's contents to:

// Remove bots
bot_quota 0
// Enable shorthand if teams unbalanced
cash_team_bonus_shorthanded 1000
// Restore round end time to normal so it doens't end quickly
mp_round_restart_delay 7

The file is loaded correctly into the volume:

ppaulis@osg-gameserver-1:/osg/cs2-data-modded-server/cs2/game/csgo/cfg/MatchZy$ cat live_override.cfg

but bots are still present in the game. Any ideas? :-)

I think I got it:
MatchZy was in the disabled folder. Moved it out of it into the /game/csgo/addons/counterstrikesharp/plugins folder. One bot remaining, but that's probably only CS-config issue.

Is moving the MatchZy folder out of disabled-folder the correct way to enable MatchZy?

you should read practice.cfg
css_plugins load "plugins/disabled/MatchZy/MatchZy.dll"
i think you have to left it in disabled

No, you shouldn't move it out of the disabled folder, as that will make it so you can't play any other mods.

Plugins in the plugins folder (not disabled) are always loaded, the ones in the disabled folder are loaded manually by the configs.

You could simply create custom_files/cfg/on_boot.cfg and add something like:

exec_after_delay 10 "exec comp.cfg"

echo "on_boot.cfg executed"
