How to spawn a server with default mode?

Hi there, thank you for your work. It works really well.

However I got a problem: How can I set a default mode at startup? Currently I'm using exec delay to run "css_mode 1v1" to start a 1v1 server.
The problem is the sever seems requires player to be in server to make css_mode takes effect. So this is not a good solution.

Can you please guide me?
